How do I contact support?
Select the relevant app above and open the email link. You can also write directly to equinoxlabs@icloud.com and include the app name in the subject.
Where can I find the version number?
Check the app’s help or settings section. If you cannot find it, describe your issue anyway and tell us which device you use.
WIR: how do I crop the widget photo?
Open the profile and choose Widget-Ausschnitte. Adjust Small, Medium and Large separately. Tap Übernehmen, then Profil speichern. On the Home Screen, edit the widget to select a person.
WIR: are contents synchronised between people?
No. WIR currently stores data locally on your iPhone. Backup and sharing features let you deliberately pass content on.
WIR: how do I transfer my memories?
Open Unsere Menschen → Backup & Wiederherstellung. A backup includes profiles and photos. Restoring replaces current data after creating a local safety copy. Exported files are not encrypted; the maximum import size is 256 MB.
