Website & support
This static website uses no tracking cookies of its own, advertising services, analytics scripts, contact forms or external fonts. App selection only creates an email link. The copy button places the support address on your clipboard at your request. We provide no user accounts and carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
Contact & support
When you write to equinoxlabs@icloud.com, we process your sender address, any supplied name, message, attachments and technical email data to handle your request. The mailbox uses Apple’s iCloud Mail. Providing information is voluntary; without a reply address and a description we may be unable to help. Please send only necessary information.
Contact equinoxlabs@icloud.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including Luxembourg’s CNPD.

Cloudflare hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including IP address, requested URL, time and browser and operating system information, to deliver and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases
Secure website delivery and general support communication rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing accessible, secure information and support. Article 6(1)(b) applies where an enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures. Legally required retention relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Retention
Support messages are retained only while needed to handle and follow up an enquiry. They should then be deleted unless a legal obligation or a specific need to defend legal claims requires further retention. We maintain no additional visitor database. Technical data at Cloudflare and Apple follows their service-specific retention and deletion rules; we do not set a separate blanket period for it.
Recipients and processing outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Apple process data to provide their services. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, may occur. Their information linked below explains applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards; Cloudflare’s data processing terms address international transfers.
Scope
